California PV Expert Topher Blunt Christopher "Topher" Blunt has invested the past eight years in the burgeoning California solar market, where he founded and grew a market-niche leading solar integration company serving Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara Counties. Topher's CA firm has installed over 100 systems to date, including several high profile projects such as the largest residential PV system in the local market at actor/activist Larry Hagman's estate. Inclusive of a major current project of 236 kW DC, Topher, one of only 400 NABCEP certified solar PV installers nationwide, has designed and overseen the installation over a half a megawatt of solar power - which is more than all of the solar power systems on-line today in the entire state of Pennsylvania. With Topher's extensive hands-on experience, Eos will be providing its Pennsylvania solar power customers with an unmatched degree of professionalism and experience. The partnership will allow Eos founder Andrew Kleeman to remain focused on creative finance for Eos costumers, as well as the energy efficiency services Eos provides, while Topher will be directly responsible for final system design and installation for PV systems for Eos customers. For the past 18 months, Topher and Eos founder Andrew Kleeman have worked closely on the west coast to build-out the California operation, while also jointly working on the east coast to lay the foundation for Eos Energy. Both Andrew and Topher will continue to work both coasts, but with Pennsylvania's solar rebate program now close to launch, the emphasis is now re-focused on the Eos East Coast operations. Topher's family has already permanently relocated from California to the Philadelphia region and Topher will be joining them in the first quarter of 2009.
