"FINANCIAL ENGINEERING" OF SOLAR
Join us Tuesday evening when Eos Energy's Andrew Kleeman gives a presentation for the Delaware Valley Green Building Council (DVGBC): "Solar Economics - Making Good Financial $ense with Solar Photovoltaics (PV)"
This session will focus on how the current overlap of state and federal subsides renders solar an outstanding investment. With the price of solar falling, and the Pennsylvania electric rate caps expiring, there has never been a better or more urgent time to make the solar investment. We will explain the Federal and Pennsylvania incentives, and case studies will include solar applications for commercial and industrial buildings, home builders, and Homeowners Associations. We will look at the investment from Simple Payback, IRR and NPV perspectives.
When: Tuesday, November 17, 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
5:30 pm to 6:00 pm — Hors d'oeuvres and beverages
6:00 pm to 7:30 pm — Presentation
Where: Carpenter's Hall, 320 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia
