Eos was founded by Andrew Kleeman, formerly a partner and Vice President at the AMC Delancey Group in Philadelphia - a national real estate investment company. Prior to AMC Delancey, Mr. Kleeman was the National Director of Commercial Services for US Inspect, which had purchased Mr. Kleeman's first venture - a real estate consulting and inspection entity.
