Andrew Kleeman, President
Eos Energy Solutions LLC, formally commenced operations in June 2007. Eos was founded by Andrew Kleeman, formerly a partner and Vice President at the AMC Delancey Group in Philadelphia - a national real estate investment company. Prior to AMC Delancey, Mr. Kleeman was the National Director of Commercial Services for US Inspect, which had purchased Mr. Kleeman's first venture - a real estate consulting and inspection entity.

Verde Energy, based in Austin, Texas is a national facilitator or conduit between solar power purchasers, and suppliers. Verde screens prospective solar power purchasers to match them with members of their pre-qualified solar integrators. Eos is proud to be the chosen Verde Energy solar provider for Pennsylvania and South Jersey.
 

Solar Dawn, LLC., based in Northern California, is among the nation's leading Purchase Power Agreement (PPA) Syndicators. For Eos Clients who seek a zero capital investment solution, and who can accommodate a large system of at least 100 kW, Eos and Solar Dawn can structure a PPA in any of the states in which Eos operates.
 

Rushforth Solar, LLC., based in Byrn Mawr, Pennsylvania is Eos' thermal solar partner. Rushforth augments the Eos capability in PV solar with the same sophistication and commitment for thermal solar projects. The Rushforth staff includes one of the first 50 NABCEP-certified thermal installers in the entire nation.
